VSPA RETREAT – GROUPON TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Booking Process

All Groupon bookings must be made via email only.

We operate a dedicated Groupon booking system which is managed separately from our main reception booking system. This is because we allocate specific treatment availability exclusively for Groupon clients and manage this through a dedicated booking coordinator.

To request a booking, you must email the following:

  • Your full Groupon voucher (including all terms and conditions)
  • Your preferred dates and times
  • A contact telephone number

This allows us to verify your voucher correctly and allocate appointments fairly.

Once your email has been received, our Groupon booking manager will respond within 3 to 5 working days.

Please note that we are unable to book appointments or check availability over the phone or at reception, as our front of house team do not have access to the Groupon booking system.

Short notice bookings are not accepted.


Appointment Times

All treatments must finish by 1:30pm.

If you wish to book an appointment after 1:30pm, a £15 surcharge will apply.

Surcharges

All surcharges must be paid at the time of booking.

Returning clients £15
Pregnancy massage upgrade £15
Couples room £10 per person if requested
Spa essentials £2 per person includes disposable towels and hygiene items


Pregnancy Policy

This Groupon treatment is not suitable for pregnancy.

If you are pregnant, you must upgrade to a pregnancy safe treatment. A £15 surcharge applies.

You must inform us prior to booking.


New Clients Only

Groupon vouchers are strictly valid for new clients only.

This applies regardless of whether the voucher has been purchased directly by the client or received as a gift.

Clients who have previously visited VSPA Retreat will not be eligible to redeem a Groupon voucher under standard terms.

In this instance, clients will have the option to either:

  • Request a refund directly from Groupon, subject to Groupon’s refund policy, or
  • Proceed with the booking by paying a £15 surcharge

VSPA Retreat reserves the right to verify client history and refuse bookings that do not comply with this condition.

Spa Essentials

A £2 fee applies to all bookings. This must be added to your booking and covers disposable towels and hygiene essentials used during your visit.


General Terms

New customers only
Must be aged 18 or over
Arrive 15 minutes early
Arriving more than 5 minutes late may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation
A 24 hour cancellation policy applies


Booking Limit

Due to limited availability allocated to Groupon bookings, a maximum of 3 Groupon bookings per day is permitted.

Any additional requests are subject to management approval.


Why We Operate This System

To maintain our high service standards and ensure a smooth experience for all clients, we manage Groupon bookings separately from our main system.

We allocate limited treatment availability specifically for Groupon clients and use a dedicated booking coordinator to organise these appointments carefully.

This ensures fair availability, prevents overbooking, and allows us to deliver the same high quality service expected at VSPA Retreat.


Agreement

By purchasing and redeeming a Groupon voucher, you agree to the above booking process and terms.
