Christmas Eve Terms and Conditions
Full payment is required upfront for all Christmas Eve packages, which are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule. As this offer is exclusively available on Christmas Eve, any payment from a rescheduled appointment will be held as credit on your account to use towards an alternative treatment or package. Failure to attend your appointment without notice (“no-show”) will result in the full payment being forfeited.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to enjoy your welcome drinks and ensure your treatment begins promptly. Late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time. All clients must complete a consultation form prior to their appointment. If you have any medical conditions, allergies, or are pregnant, please inform the spa at the time of booking so we can ensure your treatment is suitable.
Payments are processed by Velisha London, with services fulfilled by Vspa Retreat. A £1 deposit per person will be charged at the time of booking, followed by the remaining balance being processed within 48 hours. On your bank statement, the £1 deposit will appear as Vspa Retreat, and the remaining balance will appear as Velisha London. This package is valid exclusively for Christmas Eve and cannot be redeemed on any other date.
