Looking for the perfect gift for a loved one, friend or someone who deserves a little time for themselves? Instead of choosing a specific treatment or product, Vspa Retreat Spa Credit gives them the freedom to choose exactly what they would like.

Spa Credit can be added directly to the recipient’s account and used towards their choice of eligible treatments, spa experiences or products at Vspa Retreat, up to the value of their available credit.

Unlike a traditional gift voucher, Spa Credit does not expire. The balance remains on the recipient’s account until it has been used, so there is no pressure to book or spend it by a particular date.

Buying Spa Credit for someone else?

When placing your order, please provide the following details in the Order Notes:

• Recipient’s full name
• Email address
• Contact telephone number

We will use these details to ensure the Spa Credit is added to the correct person’s account.

Important: If you do not provide the recipient’s details, the Spa Credit will be allocated to the name/person who placed the order. Once credit has been allocated, it cannot be transferred to another person.

If you forget to include the recipient’s details when ordering, please email orders@vsparetreat.co.uk immediately after placing your order, including your order details and the recipient’s full name, email address and contact number, and we will arrange this for you.
